In 1990 several Beloit area families came together by God’s leading to begin meeting for worship. Rock Valley Chapel was formed in May 1990 and met at the Janesville campus of Rock County Christian School. The church moved to the Beloit campus of Rock County Christian School in 1991.

In 1992 the church called Rev. Greg James as the first pastor of the church. In the following years, the church added additional staff and began to plan for building. Many members of the church helped to build the church building and the first services were held in the new building in February 2002.

The church grew significantly after moving into our new home and we continue to seek to make a spiritual impact in our community and world.
